Wings Etc. Marion officially opens its doors

Fast-Growing Grill & Pub, Wings Etc., celebrated its opening day in Marion, Ind. Feb. 18.

MARION, Ind., Friday, Feb. 21, 2020 — Tuesday marked a big day for Marion as the long-awaited Wings Etc. opened their doors for business.

The hype began early in the morning, as Rob Hensmann, the CEO of Wings Etc., was interviewed on WBAT’s early morning show by hosts Tim George and Ed Breen.

The Wings Etc. team and distinguished visitors from the Grant-Marion local government participate in the official ribbon cutting ceremony in Marion, Ind. on Feb. 18.

Guests began filing in the door at 11 a.m. however, there were a few distinguished visitors who arrived early to participate in the restaurant’s official ribbon cutting ceremony.

These distinguished guests included various members of the Marion-Grant County Chamber of Commerce and Marion’s mayor, Jess Alumbaugh.  

As a sports fan, Mayor Alumbaugh is looking forward to having a fun, family-friendly venue that will provide employment opportunities and amenities that can improve the quality of life for Marion and the surrounding areas.
