Kirby and Luce chose to develop their Wings Etc. location in the Hartland area because of their love for the community. Both franchisees have families in the area and are active in youth sports.

“We want a place for local families to call home and have fun eating some really good food,” said James Luce. “The ‘Good Food, Great Times’ is what we are all about.”

Despite being new to the restaurant business, Kirby and Luce are confident in their new venture with Wings Etc. because of the menu development and ongoing franchise support.
