New Chicken Philly Sub Faces Off Against Philly Cheesesteak in Fort Wayne Wings Etc. Food Fight

Now through March 7, 2022, at three Fort Wayne, Indiana locations, Wings Etc. guests 21 and older can vote for their favorites in the first-ever Wings Etc. “Food Fight,” and register to win $100 Wings Etc. Gift Cards in weekly giveaways (no purchase necessary, void where prohibited).

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (Dec. 27, 2021)—Let’s get ready to rumble! In Round 1, it’s Wings Etc.’s classic Philly Cheesesteak vs. a brand-new contender—Chicken Philly Sub. In Round 2, “Lifestyle” Lagers Michelob Ultra, Yuengling Flight, and Blue Moon LightSky face-off. Who will win the matchups? In its first-ever “Food Fight,” Wings Etc. is asking guests to determine the champion of two battles: Philly-style subs and “lifestyle” lager beers. Now through March 7, 2022, guests age 21 and older can vote for their favorites at wingsfoodfight.com. Voting also provides an option to register for a chance to win $100 Wings Etc. Gift Cards in weekly drawings through the campaign dates.

Round 1: Wings Etc.’s classic Philly Cheesesteak Sub faces off against a new, limited-time Chicken Philly Sub. The Philly Cheesesteak Sub is a toasted hoagie roll filled with thin-sliced sirloin, grilled peppers, mushrooms, and onions, and melty Swiss, topped with Wings Etc.’s house garlic aioli. The Chicken Philly Sub is prepared just like the Philly Cheesesteak sub—but swaps out the beef for tender, thin-sliced, flat-top-grilled chicken.

Round 2: Guests can also vote for their favorite “Lifestyle” Lager. Reigning champ in the category is Michelob Ultra, which has enjoyed steady, widespread growth for the past 5 years and has spawned competition such as Yuengling Flight and Blue Moon LightSky, both of which feature lower carb, lower calorie formulas that have been the key to Michelob Ultra’s multiyear success.

To cast a vote in the Philly Sub and “Lifestyle” Lager Fights, guests 21 and older (only) must visit wingsfoodfight.com, vote their preferences, and enter for a chance to be a randomly-selected winner in weekly drawings for $100 Wings Etc. Gift Cards. No purchase is necessary. Void where prohibited. Winners will be randomly selected from all qualified entrants once weekly from Jan. 3, 2022, through March 7, 2022.

The Chicken Philly Sub is a limited-time menu item available only at Wings Etc. Bluffton Road, Wings Etc. Maysville Road, and Wings Etc. Dupont Road in Fort Wayne, Ind.
