PATASKALA, Ohio (March 28, 2022)—On Tuesday, March 29, 2022, locals John and Melissa Hector will introduce the Pataskala community to their very own Wings Etc. Grill & Pub, which promises to bring “Good Food, Great Times” to the greater Columbus area. The Hectors have been working since 2019 to bring the popular Indiana-based sports-themed restaurant to their area and are excited to be a part of Pataskala’s continued growth.

“Wings Etc. will be a great addition to Pataskala,” said John Hector. “This is a very blue-collar, tight-knit area with a hometown feel that has been experiencing a lot of growth, and we wanted to be a part of that.”

The Hectors are first-time restaurant owners, but John has spent much of his life in various parts of the food industry. The pair were looking for a new opportunity where they could make a positive impact in their community.

“We want to do what we can to give back to the Pataskala community,” said John, who noted that one of his many goals in being a restaurant owner-operator is to hire young people and give them a chance to build a career at Wings Etc. “This is not our restaurant; this is Pataskala’s restaurant.”

Wings Etc., known for its award-winning jumbo Buffalo wings, offers a casual dining experience with extensive menu offerings such as wings, gourmet burgers, wraps, salads, appetizers, and a kid’s menu. Wings Etc. Pataskala will celebrate its grand opening on Tuesday, March 29 with a ribbon cutting ceremony in conjunction with the Pataskala Chamber of Commerce. The restaurant is located at 7200 Hazelton-Etna Road SW, Pataskala, Ohio, and will open Tuesday at 11 a.m.
