Wings Etc. Rochester holding fundraiser for family who suffered tragic loss

20% of all pre-tax food and soft drink sales (alcohol excluded) at Wings Etc. Rochester on Aug. 26 will be donated to the Martir family

ROCHESTER, Ind. (Aug. 24, 2022)—On Friday, Aug. 26, Wings Etc. Rochester will donate 20% of pre-tax food and soft drink sales (alcohol excluded) to the Martir family, who recently tragically lost their baby daughter. Autumn Mikesell, Wings Etc. Rochester Assistant Manager and friend of the family, is asking the community to stop in and help.

“We’re hoping for this to be the biggest Dine to Donate we’ve ever done,” said Mikesell. “The family is already going through so much, and the last thing we want them to worry about is money.”

Mikesell noted that four members of the Martir family have worked at Wings Etc. Rochester, making the cause especially close to the hearts of those at the grill and pub.

In addition to 20% of all pre-tax food and soft drink carryout and dine-in sales (alcohol excluded) being donated on Aug. 26, Mikesell said many businesses have reached out to offer raffle donations. Guests will also be able to give additional contributions to the family if they would like.

A flyer for the Dine to Donate event can be found on the Wings Etc. Rochester Facebook Page. Guests must show their server the flyer to let them know they are there for the Dine to Donate. Those choosing carryout should use the code D2D0018 at checkout when ordering online at togo.wingsetc.com.

Wings Etc. Rochester is open from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. on Aug. 26 and is located at 390 Rochester Crossing Dr., in Rochester, Ind.
